CONFERENCIAS DEL MAESTRO OCELOCOATL

For the Mexicanos living in ChicagoAzltan's © Pilsen neighborhood, it was their first time attending conferences designed to make them aware of the knowledge our ancestors had. The Maestro's engaging personality kept the standing room only crowd glued to their seats for nearly four hours.  Never had anyone explained to them the truth about Our History, Our Culture, and Our Philosophy with Our Indigenous Perspectve.  His visit to ChicagoAztlan©, left Our People craving for more knowledge, yet satisfied in that the knowlege they received would open their eyes, their souls, and their hearts. This is the first of many forthcoming lectures on DVD from his visit that we know will enlighted you.

Para los Mexicano's viviendo en ChicagoAztlan's ©, barrio de Pilsen, era el primer vez llegando a conferencias hecho para que ellos recibiera un poco de la conocimiento nuestros' ancestros tenian.  La personalidad del Maestro mantenio la gente sentado sin mover por casi cuatro horas.  Ellos nunca han recibido una explicacion de Nuestra Historia, Nuestra Cultura, y Nuestra Filosofia con Nuestra verdadero Perspectivo Indigena.  El Maestro's visita a ChicagoAztlan© dejo Nuestra Gente deseando ardientemente mas conociemiento, pero muy satisfecho en que sus ojos, sus almas, y sus corazones estaban abierto's por su primer vez.  Esta DVD es el primero de muchos grabado durante su visita, nosotros sabemos que va a iluminar a ustedes.

Born in Mexihco-Tenochtitlan, Maestro Ocelocoatl received his first consciousness of the Nahuatl Language and Ancient Mexica Culture from the Elders of Huactzinco in Tlaxcallan. He has made Mexica Cultural Expositions in various parts of Mexico, Central America, The Caribbean, Europe, Canada, and the U.S.  This two-half hour conferencia was recorded on opening night of Huey Tlahtokan ~ La Gran Palabra © on November 11, 2004 in ChicagoAztlan ©, IL.

Nacido en Mexihco-Tenochtitlan, Maestro Ocelocoatl recibio su primer consciencia de la Lenguaje Nahuatl y La cultura Mexica de los Abuelos de Huactzinco en Tlaxcallan.  El Maestro han hecho Exposiciones de Cultura Mexica en varios partes de Mexihco, Centro America, El Caribe, Europa, Canada, y los EEUU.  Esta dos hora y media conferencia estaba grabada en el primer noche de Huey Tlahtokan ~ La Gran Palabra © en la 11 de Noviembre, 2004 en ChicagoAztlan ©, IL

This DVD offers the viewer a great opportunity to listen to a dynamic speaker discuss our Mexican Culture & History with an indigenous perspective. This first disc, of an extensive lecture series, will focus on the significance and meaning of Aztec Dance, as well as, explain the true philosophy of OMETEOTL: The Dual Creator, while refuting the lie of polytheism that has confused many of us about the different "God's" that our Ancestors "worshipped". This disc opens with several Xochicuicatl's & Xochitlahtolli's (Songs & Poems) which our Ancestor's used to honor their loved ones.

Esta DVD ofrece al telespectador una oportunidad grande para escuchar un buen orador discutir nuestra historia y cultura Mexicano con una perspectiva autoctona.  Esta primer disco, de una seria de lecturas muy extensivos, va a enfocar en la significacion de OMETEOTL: La Dual Creadora, y a lo misma vez va a disputir la mentira de politeismo que han confundido nuestra gente con los tantos "Dioses" que nuestros antepasados "Idoltraron".  Este DVD abre con unos Xochicuicatl's y Xochitlahtolli's (Cantos y Poemas) que nuestros antepasados usaron para honrar su familias.

The information and knowledge obtained in this lecture focuses on our indigenous identity, and can be used by people of all ages as a motivational tool to excel in academics, social responsibility, and cultural awareness.

 La informacion y conocimiento obtenido en esta conferencia esta enfocado en nuestra identitad autoctona y puede ser usado por gente de todos edades para motivarlo en sus clases academico's, su responsbilidad social, y su cultura.

Disclaimer: During the production of this video we unfortunately had to use two different source tapes . After the opening cinematography you will experience approximately 5 minutes of less than perfect video (slightly dark). We sincerely apologize for this BUT the profoundness of the ancient songs sung by the Maestro, left us at a loss as whether or not to include it in the dvd. We decided to leave it in because the overpowering feeling at hearing our ancestors songs far outweighed this minor imperfection. HOWEVER, after this short inconsistency, the video IS PERFECT. And the knowledge gained is immeasurable.
